Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and execute the onboarding process for all new hires across the organization
- Ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance through the onboarding process
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and new employees
- Deliver an engaging and compliant onboarding experience
- Support onboarding effectiveness
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of experience in onboarding, human resources, or recruitment preferred
- Experience working with onboarding processes, HRIS and applicant tracking systems preferred
- Must have strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and establish effective and cooperative working relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to make decisions independently
