Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field required
  • Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales & marketing, including lead generation and conversion
  • Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships required
  • Evidence of local referral network from which to develop referrals
  • Must be able and willing to travel; overnight travel required
  • Deeply committed to team-oriented outcomes
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fire and passion for working with seniors
  • Flexible, fun, and energetic personality
