About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee communities in the assigned region
- Report to the Director of Marketing
- Conduct site visits
- Complete weekly and quarterly reporting
- Walk communities
- Develop new processes
- Work leads
- Support census growth through vision, mission, and growth initiatives
- Travel up to 50%, including overnight travel when required
Requirements
What you’ll need- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field required
- Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living
- Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales & marketing, including lead generation and conversion
- Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships required
- Evidence of local referral network from which to develop referrals
- Must be able and willing to travel; overnight travel required
- Deeply committed to team-oriented outcomes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
