Ensure the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care
Achieve positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction
Provide care in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
A fire and passion for working with seniors
A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
