About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate transportation for residents to and from physician appointments
- Transport residents to and from physician appointments in a timely manner

Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have an active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
- Prior experience as a Transportation Aide | CNA in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
- Must have a valid Illinois Driver's License
- Must be current on BLS CPR training with valid CPR card
- Fire and passion for working with seniors
- Flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
