About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing technical expertise, scoping use cases, and supporting implementation of video AI applications
Own technical relationships with strategic customers
Ensure successful integrations, resolve complex technical challenges, and drive adoption across customer organizations
Guide customers on best practices for using TwelveLabs APIs to create secure, scalable, and differentiated video understanding experiences
Serve as the first line of defense for design, security, compliance, and architecture questions
Escalate complex requirements to internal experts as needed
Create and maintain documentation, implementation guides, and FAQs
Gather customer feedback and represent the voice of developers and enterprises to internal teams
Help shape product roadmaps and future capabilities
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Engineering teams
Attend conferences, off-site meetings, and other business-related events as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Engineer
Experience working with hyperscalers; AWS preferred, with hands-on experience supporting customers building on Amazon Bedrock
Experience with Azure, GCP, or other cloud providers also welcome
Strong understanding of and experience working with LLMs, multimodal AI, REST APIs, Python, JavaScript, and modern application development
Deep understanding of video workflows and video workloads
Experience driving customer implementations from kickoff through production launch
Track record of building trusted technical relationships
Exceptional communication skills, including translating complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and debugging integration issues with engineering teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-changing environment with evolving priorities
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time annually
May require participation in on-site interviews and/or completion of in-person onboarding processes
