About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively manage all new client briefs through production.
- Manage daily external client communication relating to active briefs through production.
- Coordinate internal communications related to client activity with development, creative, and production teams.
- Lead project management of internal partners to meet expected response times and client ASLs.
- Track and cultivate new business activity, engaging prospective clients to develop partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide weekly status updates to stakeholders.
- Nurture new business relationships through meetings, calls, and follow-ups to secure long-term partnerships.
- Define and implement tailored client strategies to identify growth opportunities, address client-specific challenges, and exceed sales and account targets.
- Identify and analyze needs, gaps, and opportunities within clients’ supply bases to generate additional business.
- Lead RFP and tender submissions and deliver competitive proposals.
- Monitor industry trends and client feedback to inform strategy and maintain competitive solutions.
- Leverage AI to improve process efficiency and automation while preserving creativity, judgment, and original thinking.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8yrs+ experience in a similar role within the beauty, fashion or luxury industry.
- Highly analytical with the ability to think strategically and be a confident decision maker
- Ability to travel within the EU
- Fluency in English, with additional languages a bonus (French, Spanish, Italian, Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Ability to manage multiple clients and multiple tasks efficiently in a professional and respectful manner.
- Working knowledge of AI tools (i.e. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), with the ability to apply them to streamline workflows, strengthen analysis, and improve business outcomes.
