About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work directly with developers learning how Stytch works
  • Help customers design implementations and answer questions
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within Stytch
  • Ensure customer insights reach Product, Design, and Engineering teams
  • Implement improvements and contribute new features to Stytch and Twilio products through code
  • Build new features and fix bugs in Stytch and Twilio products
  • Serve as a technical resource for customers
  • Improve documentation and processes for internal and external stakeholders
  • Occasionally travel for project or team in-person meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Genuine drive to understand customer needs and concerns
  • Deep curiosity, grit, and tenacity to troubleshoot tough technical issues and identify root causes
  • 2+ years writing code to build, debug, or automate in a support, solutions, or software engineering role
  • Hands-on programming experience in a major language
  • Ability to debug customer integrations, SDKs, and open-source libraries
  • Ability to ship small, well-tested fixes in an existing codebase
  • Familiarity with modern web services and APIs
  • Ability to communicate credibly and effectively at all levels
  • Role based in the East Coast time zone
  • Prior customer-facing technical experience, authentication protocols (SAML/OAuth), MFA, IdP, and dedicated software development or product team experience are desired
