About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process multi-state US biweekly payroll within Workday, ensuring accurate calculations and data integrity
- Coordinate with the local payroll vendor to validate inputs, review outputs, and ensure compliant payroll delivery for Mexico
- Provide operational coverage and backup support across Americas regional payroll cycles as needed
- Perform detailed biweekly payroll audits alongside US team members
- Build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders through timely payroll support and operational feedback
- Resolve employee inquiries submitted through ServiceNow, meeting established SLAs
- Support US and Mexico payroll operations and bridge cross-border payroll processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience processing payroll for the US
- Previous Workday Payroll processing experience
- Knowledge of payroll processes, statutory laws, and Fair Labor Standards Act
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- PAYO certification FPC or CPP desired
- ADP Smart Compliance or OSV Sphere (or similar platform) experience desired
