Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and lead strategic email data plane integrations strategy
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on email, cross-channel, and partner integrations
  • Resolve complex product issues
  • Assess total opportunity size, business impact, and ROI of product improvements using financial and engineering context
  • Develop and lead the multi-year product roadmap from concept through launch and ongoing maturity
  • Synthesize recommendations on priorities by opportunity and timing

  • Lead product requirements, program milestones, and launch planning
  • Transition customers from legacy products and APIs to modernized versions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years experience in product management, with 5+ years in the email domain
  • Proven track record of outcomes and shaping the strategy of communication products
  • Ability to work backwards from customer needs and translate problems into impactful product decisions
  • Strong understanding of B2B and large enterprises, including sales cycles and organizational dynamics
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Web Services Cloud services
  • Experience with APIs or platform products, including designing for reliability, scale, and developer usability
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships in remote, global teams
  • Ability to mentor, inspire, and set vision for high-impact initiatives
