About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide proactive calendar management and organizational support to two R&D VPs
  • Balance multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity

  • Facilitate all-hands meetings and manage internal communications logistics
  • Collaborate with peer Executive Business Partners across departments
  • Develop business acumen to support leadership, improve team efficiency, and foster professional development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience providing executive-level support in a fast-paced technology environment
  • 7+ years’ experience supporting leaders in strategic planning, business operations, management consulting, or related functions within a technology environment
  • Superior attention to detail and high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships and keep multiple teams and projects on track in parallel
  • Experience planning domestic and international travel, including air travel, hotel accommodations, and visa requirements
  • Ability to plan and facilitate virtual, in-person, or hybrid leadership summits and team-building events
  • Proficiency in common administrative tools, including G-Suite, Zoom, and Slack
  • Excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to anticipate needs and multitask
  • Previous support roles within the High Tech industry, ideally within Engineering or Product (desired)
  • Understanding of business operating cadences and team requirements (desired)
  • Prior experience with contract management and procurement processes (desired)
  • Ability to conduct research and create reports or presentations (desired)
  • Experience tracking T&E expenses to budget and understanding of headcount planning (desired)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (desired)
  • Ability to think outside the box and pivot as needed (desired)
