About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the operational business partner to Social Impact marketing leadership
  • Drive regular operating rhythms, quarterly pipeline generation OKR targets, QBR data packs, and marketing budget allocation frameworks
  • Architect business cases, scenario models, and ROI forecasts for new marketing programs
  • Evaluate capital trade-offs across channels and stress-test expected pipeline return and payback periods
  • Design, script, and operationalize automated marketing triggers in Python/SQL notebooks
  • Feed targeted accounts directly into sales workflows
  • Own end-to-end pipeline attribution models across sales, marketing, and partner channels
  • Maintain rep-level marketing metrics in Frontline Manager data packs and leadership scorecards
  • Operationalize account tiering and segmentation logic across Salesforce, 6sense, and Segment
  • Optimize lead routing, demand generation campaigns, and ABM outreach
  • Partner with data science teams on marketing frameworks such as Marketing Mix Modeling
  • Own custom scenario analyses including bundling ASP impact, CLV/LFTV cohorting, and field event ROI modeling
  • Curate and optimize Looker, Tableau, and Salesforce reporting assets
  • Manage SQL logic through GitHub version control, dashboard glossaries, and automated data QA processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Business Intelligence within a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology organization
  • Mastery of complex SQL
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data extraction, manipulation, statistical analysis, and pipeline automation
  • Proven track record building enterprise-grade executive scorecards and self-serve dashboards in Tableau and Looker
  • Strong functional understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) data architecture, campaign hierarchies, lead routing rules, and marketing automation platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated experience partnering directly with Director/VP-level leaders to turn data insights into operational decisions
  • Role is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, or WA
  • Approximately 15% travel is anticipated
  • Desired: experience with Segment, 6sense, Marketo, marketing modeling, multi-touch attribution, CLV/LFTV analyses, Git/GitHub workflows, or social impact/non-profit/public sector technology domains
