About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, executives, and C-suite leaders across strategic clients and ASOs
  • Develop understanding of Twin Health programs, onboarding processes, growth marketing, and clinical operations
  • Own end-to-end onboarding of Twin programs across self-insured employers and ASOs
  • Lead discovery sessions and design tailored solutions for customer populations
  • Provide consultative recommendations to increase member engagement and client satisfaction
  • Set up, configure, and test customer instances
  • Coordinate internal resources and vendors for project execution
  • Train customers on Twin programs to drive awareness and enrollment
  • Analyze customer data before and after launch and provide actionable insights
  • Manage multiple projects, project plans, cross-functional teams, timelines, risks, and escalations
  • Manage customer stakeholders, meetings, expectations, alignment, and project status reporting
  • Operationalize data access and eligibility file management with technical partners
  • Prepare client presentations, reports, events, onboarding templates, playbooks, and best practices
  • Mobilize internal teams to resolve client issues and escalations
  • Share client and market feedback across Clinical Delivery, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Billing Operations, Executive, and other teams
  • Develop pre-launch member promotional strategies and toolkits
  • Serve as an internal onboarding lifecycle subject matter expert and improve internal processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 - 5 years of onboarding and customer facing experience
  • 2 - 5 years of health tech client onboarding and project management experience
  • Experience with health benefits, health and wellness, health plans or systems
  • Ability to communicate and work across client organizations, engaging on tactical and strategic issues with senior executives and execution teams
  • Exceptionally strong project management and organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to balance planning with timely execution
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment under time constraints
  • Proficiency with Google applications and PM tools such as InspirePlanner, Monday.com, and MS Project
  • Experience working with technical/data partners on data exchange, file specifications, file encryption and transmission, and testing
