General

• Own email end to end, including creative testing, cadence, segmentation execution, and the day-to-day Braze platform relationship
• Resolve the Gmail Promotions inbox-placement issue limiting email reach and content testing
• Build Twin's first SMS program from scratch on the existing Braze platform
• Own SMS consent and TCPA compliance
• Log every creative, cadence, and segment decision and rationale
• Ensure every send is joinable to an individual lead record
• Design and run email and SMS A/B tests with stated hypotheses and success metrics
• Extend the validated Motivation vs. Barrier messaging framework to SMS
• Execute channel priorities and sequencing set by the Associate Director, Acquisition Strategy & Channel Ops
• Partner with Marketing on creative production and approval; tag and measure content
• Use AI tools such as Claude to draft creative variants and accelerate reporting
• Perform other duties as assigned

Email & SMS Specialist

Health Coach

• Inspire behavior change and motivate members to adopt healthier behaviors
• Provide guidance, support, education, and encouragement to members seeking to prevent or reverse chronic metabolic diseases
• Conduct back-to-back 15- and 30-minute virtual coaching sessions by video or phone
• Review AI-surfaced member data, including glucose trends, weight, sleep, movement, and engagement
• Perform daily AI-assisted member rounding between scheduled visits
• Complete progress notes and chats within 24 business hours
• Onboard, activate, and manage members
• Help members set goals, manage care, and build self-efficacy
• Provide general education on healthy eating, meal planning, and lifestyle strategies without providing Medical Nutrition Therapy
• Use AI-powered tools and metrics-driven insights to guide member support and coaching
• Provide feedback on member metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Follow standardized SOPs for member management, session structure, documentation, and escalations
• Collaborate with coaches, providers, registered nurses, and operations teams
• Participate in pilot programs and support new tools or workflow changes

• Provide weekend and holiday on-call coverage and unplanned PTO visit coverage

Art Director

• Own Twin's voice and tone across member, employer, health plan, broker/consultant, and union audiences
• Maintain and evolve the Voice & Language Guide
• Serve as the narrative through-line and prevent narrative drift as the company scales
• Own the overarching brand and editorial content calendar across channels and audiences
• Apply structured editorial plans covering audience, goal, narrative arc, optimization approach, and key points
• Lead, mentor, and grow the copywriting team
• Distribute workload and priorities across writers
• Write and edit high-visibility brand manifestos, executive thought leadership, and campaign centerpieces
• Partner with Brand & Experience and Product Marketing to translate brand strategy into executable copy standards
• Act as cross-functional owner for final voice and coherence reviews

• Develop expertise in Twin Health’s programs, clinical operations, implementation process, and growth marketing strategies
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve program adoption, member engagement, clinical outcomes, and client satisfaction
• Prepare and deliver executive business reviews, ROI analyses, and strategic recommendations

• Coordinate and schedule member meetings with the care team via video conferencing

• Partner with practice management operations to refine and optimize scheduling processes, technology, and collateral
• Track scheduling efforts in a centralized database and meet activity-based metrics
• Support scheduling issues with leadership and product support
• Maintain high-volume inbound and outbound correspondence with members
