Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain trusted strategic relationships with executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders
  • Navigate complex integrated healthcare organizations and align divergent stakeholder priorities
  • Develop expertise in Twin Health’s programs, clinical operations, implementation process, and growth marketing strategies
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve program adoption, member engagement, clinical outcomes, and client satisfaction
  • Prepare and deliver executive business reviews, ROI analyses, and strategic recommendations
  • Monitor client health, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Drive client momentum and decision-making through proactive recommendations and next steps
  • Influence adoption across clinical, operational, financial, and member-experience stakeholders
  • Develop adoption, provider engagement, and member participation strategies
  • Use performance data to identify optimization and continuous-improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with Marketing on success stories, case studies, and proof points
  • Support and lead client events, webinars, and strategic initiatives
  • Own the full client renewal lifecycle and drive retention
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities
  • Coordinate with Implementation, Clinical, Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Business Development
  • Partner with client leaders on workflow optimization, operational improvements, and strategic growth
  • Develop promotional strategies and engagement toolkits with Member Marketing
  • Proactively solve problems and lead through influence
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in Client Success, Strategic Account Management, Consulting, Partnership Management, or a similar client-facing role within healthcare
  • Experience supporting integrated delivery networks, health systems, integrated payer-provider organizations, value-based care organizations, or other complex healthcare enterprises strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of building strategic client partnerships that drive adoption, client retention, revenue growth, and long-term business value
  • Experience managing highly matrixed enterprise organizations with multiple executive, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models, clinical operations, population health, and value-based care principles
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, presentation, and executive influencing skills
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and lead cross-functional initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Collaborative mindset and passion for delivering measurable client outcomes
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed
  • Experience navigating client relationships within unionized or collective-bargaining environments is a plus
  • Experience scaling clinical or provider training programs during periods of growth or expansion preferred
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
