About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage daily operations of direct reports while providing limited clinical care
  • Address clinical and administrative concerns, troubleshoot issues, ensure staff coverage, and gather feedback on care delivery systems
  • Monitor and manage team performance, service-level agreements, targets, and clinical outcomes
  • Guide development, organization, and communication of nursing and team policies and procedures
  • Support recruitment, training, and mentoring of a US-based team
  • Manage KPI goals for the team and Twin Service outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team leads and serve as a team representative or subject matter expert on initiatives and projects
  • Collect data, insights, and frontline feedback to inform decisions
  • Promote member self-care management using clinical judgment, data analysis, and critical thinking
  • Manage individual members through the Twin journey, including monitoring health trends, reviewing labs, and supporting medication management
  • Collaborate with nurses, health coaches, providers, and operations teams
  • Provide timely responses and feedback regarding member care, escalations, and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate confidential records according to federal law and Twin policies
  • Generate and analyze management reports, identifying trends, anomalies, and concerns
  • Participate in ongoing education and performance improvement activities
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently active and unencumbered RN license
  • Minimum 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience, including 3 years in a leadership role
  • Required BSN from an accredited school of nursing
  • Comfort and enthusiasm for adopting the latest technologies and integrating data and technical outputs in patient care
  • Ability to manage large caseloads and effectively work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with navigating the internet and multitasking with multiple electronic documentation systems and business tools, including Google and Slack
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change
  • Self-motivated and results-focused
  • Quick learner who integrates new knowledge
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle competing demands with diplomacy and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical infrastructure and hierarchies
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work assignments
