Lead strategic People initiatives from concept through implementation
Own programmes including Performance Planning, Pulse Check, Career Pathways, Competency Frameworks, Climbing Wall, Academy evolution, People analytics, manager training and Spirit initiatives
Own the continuous improvement of Performance Planning, Pulse Check, objective setting and talent review processes
Use insight and data to improve every People cycle
Lead cross-functional transformation projects
Design scalable frameworks and ways of working across regions
Develop reporting around engagement, retention, succession, capability and performance
Turn insight into practical recommendations
Help bring the Two Circles Spirit to life
Support recognition, communications and Team Days
Work alongside People, Talent and Delivery Ops teams, reporting to the People (HR) Director

Requirements

What you’ll need

Background in Strategy, Consulting, Transformation, Organisational Development, People Strategy or Operations
Excellent structured thinking, project management and communication
High emotional intelligence and commercial awareness
A strong track record in developing & delivering company wide, cross functional L&D programmes
