About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage partners’ calendars, schedules, meetings, and competing priorities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transport, and itineraries
  • Manage and prioritise email inboxes, ensuring important communications are addressed promptly
  • Act as a key liaison between partners and internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare, draft, and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and business documents
  • Coordinate virtual meetings and communications using Microsoft Teams
  • Provide proactive, confidential, and highly organised executive support
  • Anticipate needs and resolve scheduling or administrative issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or similar executive support role
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives, partners, or business leaders
  • Strong experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and competing priorities
  • Excellent organisation, multitasking, and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for meetings, collaboration, and document management
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, proactivity, and adaptability in a fast-paced corporate environment
