About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, configure, and customize Sage Intacct for business needs
- Develop and optimize financial reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Gather requirements, identify pain points, and recommend software solutions
- Implement GAAP and internal-control best practices in Sage Intacct configurations
- Support data migration and integration using SQL, scripting languages, and data integration tools when applicable
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide guidance on system performance
- Document configurations, workflows, and customizations
- Train end-users on Sage Intacct functionalities and best practices
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to align deliverables with scope and client expectations
- Identify service expansion opportunities and areas of client value
- Maintain minimum billable hours as defined by leadership
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve client efficiency
- Collaborate with international stakeholders and ERP teams across regions
- Deliver services evaluated by TydeCo leadership team managers against project objectives and quality standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of proven Sage Intacct experience, including implementation and configuration of GL, AP/AR, Cash Management, Multi-Entity, and Reporting
- Strong understanding of workflows, automation, and API integrations
- Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls, with experience in data migration, system mapping, and financial reporting
- Experience managing end-to-end ERP implementations with cross-functional teams
- Ability to train users and document processes effectively
- Proficiency in Sage Intacct modules, customization options, reporting capabilities, and integrations
- Strong understanding of financial management processes, including general ledger, AP/AR, cash management, reporting, and budgeting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Ability to work effectively within a team and across departments
- High attention to detail
- Ability to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies
- Ability to support teams and participate in virtual meetings across multiple time zones
- Sage Intacct Certifications or other relevant accounting certifications are a plus
- Knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, or data integration tools is advantageous
