About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide customer service and administrative support to applicants, the Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners
  • Partner with assigned plant locations to support recruitment tasks and department goals and metrics
  • Support plant HR teams with application review, interview scheduling, and offer creation and extension
  • Organize, schedule, and confirm interviews for hourly production hiring
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the talent acquisition process and candidate experience exceed expectations and follow Tyson Foods guidelines
  • Assist with hiring processes aligned with compliance regulations and OFCCP guidelines
  • Perform other assigned duties such as orientation and I-9 processing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 year of talent acquisition or event planning preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • Use of an applicant tracking system preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, particularly fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, and/or Arabic
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness and ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Certain roles may require a background check
  • Must complete the post-application task for consideration as an hourly applicant
