About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide customer service and administrative support to applicants, the Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners
- Act as a key partner to assigned plant locations
- Support application review, interview scheduling, and offer creation and extension
- Organize, schedule, and confirm interviews for hourly production hiring
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the talent acquisition process and candidate experience exceed expectations and follow Tyson Foods guidelines
- Assist with hiring processes aligned with compliance regulations and OFCCP guidelines
- Perform other assigned duties such as orientation and I-9 activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 year of talent acquisition or event planning preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Use of an applicant tracking system preferred
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, particularly fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, and/or Arabic
- Attention to detail
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
