About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with calls from and to customers
Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement
Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to help balance regional market inventory levels and meet future demand
Review reports supporting effective equipment placement, customer reservations, and contracts
Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship
U-Haul will not hire or re-hire individuals who use nicotine products in Washington
