About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for tokenized asset capabilities
- Lead product development across the end-to-end asset lifecycle, including issuance, servicing, settlement, custody, and distribution
- Partner with Technology to translate product requirements into scalable platform and architecture decisions
- Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure regulatory alignment, operational resilience, and strong control frameworks
- Work with Distribution and client-facing teams to identify client demand, support go-to-market strategy, and prioritize use cases
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments related to tokenized assets and digital markets
- Serve as a cross-functional leader and subject matter expert for asset tokenization initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in product management, investment services, asset management, or related financial services roles
- Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and asset servicing models
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional product teams from concept through delivery
- Proven ability to operate at the intersection of business, technology, and risk
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams
- Experience with digital assets, blockchain-based products, or tokenized financial instruments
- Familiarity with distributed ledger technology and digital asset platforms
- Experience supporting the full asset lifecycle (issuance, custody, servicing, settlement, and reporting)
- Background in regulated financial institutions with strong governance and risk management disciplines
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
