About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and support network automation solutions across enterprise environments
- Build and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Catalog Items, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Service Portal
- Develop Python-based automation services and reusable frameworks
- Create and support REST API integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms
- Automate provisioning, asset management, compliance validation, and reporting
- Automate processes across SD-WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing, DNS, and cloud networking services
- Develop and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and deployment processes
- Design self-service solutions and workflow orchestration capabilities
- Partner with network, security, and governance teams on automated compliance, attestation, approval, audit, and policy enforcement workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of relevant work experience with programming concepts, development logic or automating highly complex processes
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Development, including Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal, Service Catalog, CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, Business Rules, and Script Includes
- Proficiency in Python Development for infrastructure automation, workflow orchestration, and enterprise application development
- Experience building and supporting REST APIs, JSON, XML, and enterprise system integrations
- Hands-on experience with GitLab, source control, CI/CD pipeline development, automated testing, and deployment automation
- Knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience automating enterprise network technologies, including SD-WAN, Routing, Switching, Firewalls, Load Balancers, and DNS Services
- Understanding of Agile Development, DevSecOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and software delivery lifecycles
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week
