About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor systems, databases, information, processes, and procedures
- Identify and escalate matters requiring attention to the appropriate area
- Perform work on projects and initiatives
- Assist in assessing and implementing internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Coordinate the collection and compilation of data
- Compile and provide reports and assist in report development

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Less than one year of applicable experience
- Basic understanding of associated operations, products/services, systems, and risks/controls applicable to the assigned area
- Basic understanding of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills, particularly word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
