About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Directly and through Account Representatives, manage all relationship management activities for clients in the assigned business segment and/or geographical region
- Ensure customers receive an optimum level of products and services that fully meet or exceed expectations
- Ensure the assigned area attains or exceeds profit objectives through development of new business opportunities
- Retain existing profitable relationships
- Provide high-level, responsive, quality service to clientele
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically eight or more years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of all products and services applicable to target client segment
- Considerable knowledge of applicable policies and procedures
- Advanced knowledge of all organization products and operations
- Demonstrated sales and marketing skills and abilities
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
- Ability to develop and administer budgets
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
- Applicants must be able to meet applicable employment eligibility verification and background check requirements
