About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years to 5 years minimum experience in customer service and sales
  • Client Relationship Consultant 2: Three to four years of customer service experience
  • Client Relationship Consultant 2: Three to four years of sales experience
  • Client Relationship Consultant 3: Four to five years of customer service experience
  • Client Relationship Consultant 3: Four to five years of sales experience
  • Client Relationship Consultant 4: Five or more years of customer service experience
  • Client Relationship Consultant 4: Five or more years of sales experience
  • Thorough or advanced knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems
  • Thorough or advanced knowledge of all retail products and services
  • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience participating in sales campaigns/promotions
  • Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
  • Must undergo the required NMLS registration process, including a criminal background and credit check
  • Must comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and workplace conduct and safety policies
