  • Support customers through financial conversations and deliver positive outcomes for customers and the business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Customer service, banking, collections, retail, hospitality, call center, or related experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and manage competing priorities
  • Confidence handling difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Basic computer and typing proficiency
  • Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CST
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to four years of relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of banking products and services concepts, practices, policies, and procedures
  • Effective telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle difficult customer calls
  • Proficient computer navigation using various software packages, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to work from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week
