About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review and process client-submitted trade requests for mutual funds, equities, and foreign currency
  • Perform dual-control validation through input and secondary verification
  • Support pre-execution order activities and post-execution processing for FX transactions
  • Partner with internal teams
  • Communicate occasionally with clients, primarily via email
  • Ensure client instructions and trade requests are reviewed, validated, and accurately processed before final execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Two years or more of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems (Trust 3000, SWP, Xceptor, GTX, Arcaria CE), procedures, products and/or services
  • Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment
  • Analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Customer relation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Understanding of regulatory and accounting principles affecting Wealth, Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Banking business lines and clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, preferably Excel
  • Ability to work from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week
  • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and workplace conduct and safety policies
