About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze complex data sets and uncover insights that drive business decisions
Design and develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics tools using SQL, DOMO, and Alteryx
Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and deliver data-driven solutions
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
Manage multiple analytics initiatives while balancing priorities and deadlines
Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to governance standards
Continuously improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation
Influence strategic decisions across Operations and improve operational performance
Collaborate with stakeholders and build innovative reporting solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
Three to four years of statistical and/or data analytics experience
Hands-on experience with Alteryx, DOMO, SQL, and Excel
Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Snowflake, or Google Cloud
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Experience delivering end-to-end analytics and reporting solutions
Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and not hold any type of Visa
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week
