About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with Deposit and Payment Solutions Relationship Manager in the Private Capital Global Asset Management Group to manage assigned customer relationships
  • Serve as a direct customer interface and liaison with various Bank departments
  • Analyze financial data
  • Assist the Deposit Relationship Manager in preparing proposals
  • Identify customer needs and make appropriate referrals
  • Ensure accurate and thorough account and product implementation
  • Assist in training new clients and products
  • At higher levels, manage assigned client relationships and co-manage client relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Seven or more years of depository or treasury management experience
  • Thorough knowledge of deposit products and treasury management services
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through and initiative
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems with minimal guidance
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Certified Treasury Professional accreditation is preferred
