About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for customers and internal business partners
  • Generate and process payoff quotes and payoff transactions
  • Manage end-of-term lease activities, including equipment dispositions
  • Respond to customer requests, inquiries, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with sales, credit, documentation, insurance, titling, and other internal teams to support customer needs
  • Research and resolve transaction discrepancies and operational issues
  • Identify potential customer concerns and proactively work toward resolution
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in department systems
  • Cross-sell or refer customers to additional bank products and services when appropriate
  • Develop expertise in assigned accounts, products, and Equipment Finance processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong customer service and problem-resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • Resourceful with the ability to research issues and identify solutions independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Experience working across multiple departments and stakeholder groups
  • Equipment leasing or Equipment Finance experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week
  • Applicants must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
