About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage end-to-end execution of trade shows, conferences, bank-hosted Client Advisory Groups, and employee events
  • Coordinate invitations, attendee registration and communications, agendas, session support, meeting logistics, rooming lists, shipping, material handling, venues, and vendors
  • Support multiple large-scale events simultaneously
  • Manage event timelines, project plans, and execution deliverables
  • Provide onsite support for priority events
  • Manage event vendors, venues, sponsorship partners, facilitators, and production partners
  • Track budgets, reconcile expenses, coordinate invoicing and payments, and maintain contracts and documentation
  • Serve as the primary Salesforce resource for event and conference reporting
  • Support audience identification, attendee targeting, invitations, registration, and communications
  • Track meeting activity, participant feedback, commitments, campaign attribution, pipeline generation, participation, engagement, and follow-up
  • Maintain dashboards and produce post-event analytics and reporting
  • Manage meeting and session scheduling, confirmations, agendas, participant communications, and logistics
  • Oversee lead, feedback, question, and participation capture using Captello and other event technologies
  • Maintain event playbooks, templates, and standard operating procedures
  • Identify opportunities to streamline execution and improve participant experiences
  • Support cross-functional coordination among Sales, Marketing, Product, Leadership, client advocacy, communications, and employee event partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
  • 5+ years of event management, conference planning, client engagement, employee event, or related experience
  • Strong Salesforce experience, including reporting, campaign management, and analytics
  • Project management experience with multiple concurrent priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel throughout the year to be onsite for events
  • Financial services, payments, treasury, or banking experience
  • Captello or other meeting planning software experience
  • Lead generation and pipeline reporting experience
  • Experience coordinating executive-level meetings, client advisory groups, trade shows, conferences, or employee events
