About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the PMI Sales organization and other key business line partners
  • Perform financial planning, forecasting, reporting, analysis, and decision support activities
  • Serve as a finance partner to product, sales, and business line teams
  • Provide insights and recommendations related to revenue performance, forecasting, business cases, and strategic initiatives
  • Develop financial models
  • Analyze trends and variances
  • Support monthly and annual planning processes
  • Deliver ad hoc analyses for management decision-making
  • Support implementation of Finance AI and automation initiatives
  • Help deploy AI-enabled data models, analytics solutions, and intelligent agents
  • Partner with finance, technology, and business teams to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-making
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and materials for finance and business reviews
  • Research and resolve data quality issues within financial reporting systems
  • Support development and enhancement of financial applications, reporting tools, and analytical capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically three or more years of related experience
  • PowerBI experience
  • Tableau experience
  • Working knowledge of financial analysis techniques and general accounting procedures
  • Well-developed mathematical and analytical skills
  • Thorough knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting, and planning
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Strong technical skills related to data mining and visualization tools
  • Ability to work from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week
  • Applicants must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
