About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as accountable leader and single-threaded owner for multi-year strategic initiatives
- Establish and communicate long-term product vision and North Star
- Balance immediate delivery objectives with long-term architecture, platform modernization, and transformation goals
- Make data-driven prioritization and trade-off decisions
- Drive alignment and accountability across business, technology, operations, finance, and risk partners
- Translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes and executive communications
- Clarify decision rights, ownership, accountability, and execution priorities
- Identify, escalate, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies
- Establish, measure, and communicate progress against outcomes, benefits realization targets, and strategic objectives
- Lead SIC and CapEx processes, including business case development, ROI tracking, resource planning, capacity management, and benefits realization
- Drive large-scale platform transformation and modernization across multiple workstreams
- Develop organizational capabilities and future leaders
- Challenge roadmap assumptions and improve customer, operational, and business outcomes
- Serve as Product Lead for Global Structured Finance, Escrow Services, and Muni & Institutional Debt Services
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and intelligent workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Product Management experience
- Expertise in product model system interdependencies, business metrics, key performance indicators, design systems, service blueprints, and reusability
- Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities and customer needs
- Strong customer centricity
- Knowledge of technical aspects of software products, including design, configuration, and integration
- Knowledge of Agile ways of working
- Knowledge of risk management processes, tools, and techniques
- Product PnL, product strategy, vision and planning, product discovery, product development, channel alignment and management, adoption, customer experience research, go-to-market and sales channels, performance measurement and optimization, marketing, and analytics
- Global Corporate Trust business process expertise and domain depth
- Technical modernization proficiency
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, and workplace conduct and safety policies
