About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and coordinate operational activities for assigned functional areas/regions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of operations-related experience
  • Thorough knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures for the assigned area
  • Strong organizational, managerial and project management skills
  • Well-developed customer relations skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Thorough knowledge of banking operations and human resources
  • Ability to work from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week
  • Applicants must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
