  • Directly and through staff, manage and coordinate operational activities for assigned functional areas or regions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically three or more years of relevant experience
  • Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, and supported products and/or services
  • Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable products, programs, financial analysis, and related documentation
  • Good organizational, managerial, and project management skills
  • Well-developed customer relations skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent supervisory and management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
