About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end delivery of U.S. Bank treasury and payment solutions
- Drive client growth, retention, and revenue expansion
- Develop sales strategies and manage complex client portfolios
- Mentor team members and deliver innovative solutions across receivables, payables, liquidity, merchant, card, and trade services
- Deliver year-over-year revenue growth and minimize attrition through account planning and executive multi-threading
- Lead discovery conversations and translate client needs into integrated, client-centric solutions
- Engage product specialists and implementation teams
- Serve as the single point of contact for payments strategy and client messaging
- Structure and lead client discussions aligned with business priorities and payment trends
- Use Deepening Dashboards and Salesforce to track engagement, pipeline, and solution design stages
- Coordinate with ICG Relationship Managers for seamless handoffs and shared sales-cycle visibility
- Identify and prioritize payment opportunities within ICG Relationship Manager portfolios
- Provide insights on client segmentation, product fit, and revenue potential
- Coordinate pricing across payment products including CPS, MPS, FX, and Prepaid
- Partner with product and finance teams to manage margin and profitability
- Complete required corporate and business-line training
- Work with customers to understand normal account activity where appropriate
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong relationship management and business development skills with a proven ability to deepen client relationships and drive revenue growth
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and consultative sales capabilities
- Broad knowledge of banking products and services across treasury, payments, deposits, and commercial banking
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Exceptional written communication, executive presentation, and client-facing advisory skills
- Deep Treasury Management expertise spanning liquidity and investments, receivables, payments, commercial cards, merchant services, and trade solutions
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and optimize client working capital through integrated financial solutions
- Compliance with the U.S. Bank Code of Ethics and Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security, and suspicious activity reporting requirements
- Ability to follow account opening procedures and internal suspicious activity referral processes
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies, procedures, workplace conduct, and safety policies
- Ability to satisfy applicable background check and employment eligibility requirements
