About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide a broad variety of administrative, operational and staff support services for assigned group(s) or manager(s)
  • Write, track and compile reports
  • Conduct research, exception processing, data entry, record keeping and/or data maintenance
  • Ensure proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines and procedures
  • Review and evaluate work quality and productivity standards for assigned product line and/or work area as applicable
  • Review reports, loan files and other policies and procedures to promote quality execution of loan operations functions and related transactions impacting financial statements
  • Use PC-based software packages for word processing, graphics, spreadsheets and databases
  • Perform specified job duties that may vary by area

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four or more years of experience in business and general office environment
  • Strong understanding of the business and perfected office skills
  • Demonstrated administrative skills and acute attention to detail
  • Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
  • Strong personal computer skills and knowledge of other office equipment
  • Well-developed verbal, grammatical, and written communication skills
  • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
