About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide operational support and processing for Wealth Management client accounts and products
  • Set up securities and perform general account and asset-level maintenance with some supervision
  • Coordinate, manage, and complete multiple duties and assignments concurrently within acceptable timelines
  • Understand and achieve established Service Level Agreements
  • Comply with established department policies and procedures
  • Support accounts and products of various types and sizes established for different client purposes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Associate's degree and four or more years of relevant experience
  • Basic understanding of regulatory and accounting principles affecting Wealth Management clients
  • Ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems, procedures, products and/or services
  • Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines
  • Analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Customer relations, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Legal documentation interpretation
  • Proficient computer navigation using software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct
  • Compliance with applicable employment eligibility verification and background-check requirements
