About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Solicit, develop, manage, and retain client relationships for Private Wealth Management
- Partner with the Senior Advisor to drive business development, client retention, and engagement in PWM sales and relationship management strategies
- Share responsibility with the Senior Advisor for achieving sales, revenue, and practice excellence goals
- Hone the technical aspects of a given product specialty area
- Develop superior client-facing skills needed to become an Advisor
- Provide sales support as a trusted partner to an Advisor
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Up to three years of related experience
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Completion of the required NMLS registration process, including a criminal background and credit check
- Thorough knowledge of departmental operations/policies and U.S. Bank products and services
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client facing skills
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Applicants must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
