About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with Private Wealth Advisors to develop and bring new client relationships generally above $10MM net worth into Private Wealth Management
  • Assist with client discovery
  • Work with wealth management specialists to deepen and broaden existing client relationships
  • Collaborate with relationship team members to meet clients' wealth planning, estate planning, and wealth transfer needs
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in estate and income tax planning, protection planning, business succession planning, philanthropic strategies, and trust and fiduciary advice
  • Leverage knowledge of U.S. Bank wealth products, including fiduciary products, to identify and implement strategies with clients' external and internal advisors
  • Grow the PWM business within the assigned market using an established professional network in the local and/or regional market

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically 10 or more years of wealth management experience with high/ultra-high net worth clients
  • Strong attention to details
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Broad knowledge of fiduciary, tax or estate planning products, services, and strategies
  • Experience drafting or reviewing estate or business documents
  • Strong sales and business development acumen
  • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
  • Applicants must comply with applicable employment eligibility verification requirements
