About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform daily operational and accounting tasks, including swaps processing, broker statement reconciliation, and reporting
  • Support high-volume workflows while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
  • Utilize and maintain automation tools such as Excel macros, templates, and workflow-driven processes
  • Troubleshoot automation issues, including macro failures and process disruptions
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and increased automation
  • Collaborate with team members to manage workload and ensure continuity of operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
  • Three or more years of experience in accounting or finance activities
  • Basic understanding of daily accounting and operational workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in high-volume, deadline-driven operational environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools strongly preferred, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
  • Ability to leverage data and automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes
  • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
  • Must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and workplace conduct and safety policies
