About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead complex, cross-functional business and technology initiatives from initiation through completion
  • Build and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and project documentation
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams and working groups across CSC operations, contact center, and technical teams
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and influence partners across functions to move initiatives forward
  • Facilitate decision-making, status reviews, and governance forums
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, exceptions, dependencies, and escalations
  • Create clear project narratives, executive-level updates, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Present project progress, decisions, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders and independently lead related discussions
  • Work effectively across traditional project-management and Agile environments
  • Support implementation, user readiness or training, and evaluation of project outcomes, as applicable
  • Manage initiatives from beginning to end with limited oversight
  • Translate complex information into clear, concise updates for senior leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
  • Advanced project-management experience, including the ability to lead initiatives end to end with limited oversight
  • Strong stakeholder-management, influencing, and alignment-building skills
  • Experience developing integrated project plans and managing interdependencies
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data and turn complexity into a clear narrative
  • Experience with Jira and Smartsheet
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with executive presence
  • Must work from one of the posted U.S. Bank locations three (3) or more days per week
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer sponsorship
  • Must comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
