About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design data models and harmonize disparate media, CRM, web, and email data sources within Marketing Cloud Intelligence
  • Build ETL pipelines, custom connectors, and API integrations
  • Configure calculated dimensions, measures, and complex widgets for KPI frameworks
  • Enforce data governance and naming conventions
  • Optimize performance for high-volume datasets
  • Implement QA processes for data accuracy and testing
  • Manage system deployment and release processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in marketing data engineering, with 3+ years specifically in Salesforce Datorama (MCI)
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Knowledge of API-based integrations
  • Experience with data modeling and ETL
  • Deep understanding of marketing channels, KPI frameworks, and attribution
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Proven experience with relational databases (SQL), data mapping, and API integration
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce schema, SOQL, Data Loader, ETL tools, and master data management
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
  • Salesforce Certified Data Architect certification desired
  • Platform Data Architect certification desired
  • Marketing Cloud Intelligence Accredited Professional certification desired
