About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify, analyze, and interpret business data to understand and meet business needs and requirements
Focus on employee and manager experience
Lead through influence to build cross-functional alignment across business lines, technology, and experience teams
Define and drive product strategy according to product mission, vision, and guiding principles
Own and drive product OKRs across core Workday HCM business processes and the broader product experience landscape
Support Feature/Epic prioritization and guide teams in translating strategy into executable work
Help define and evolve overall Workday HCM product strategy
Drive successful execution along the product roadmap
Prioritize employee and manager experience using Agile methodology
Work with configuration, analytics, risk, and other teams to deliver effective and simple business and customer outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Five or more years' product management experience, including significant experience in Workday HCM
Demonstrated experience owning product strategy and delivering outcomes across complex product areas
Workday HCM product management experience, including ownership and accountability for Workday core business processes
Successful product experience ownership or accountability for a technical product
Proven ability to define and lead product strategy across complex or multi-product environments
Experience driving measurable business outcomes, such as adoption, efficiency, cost, or risk reduction
HR technology product management experience involving interdependencies among product model system elements
Ability to plan and design solutions using business metrics, key performance indicators, design systems, service blueprints, and reusability
Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities and internal and external customer needs
Strong customer centricity
Knowledge of technical aspects of software products, including designing, configuring, and integrating them
Knowledge of Agile ways of working
Knowledge of risk assessment and management processes, tools, and techniques
Must work three or more days per week in the office at one of the listed U.S. Bank hub locations
