About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, analyze, and interpret business data using various techniques
- Connect U.S. Bank, customer experience, digital, technology, and business line strategy to identify and prioritize product and portfolio opportunities
- Establish product vision, charter, and roadmap
- Define product outcomes and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Prioritize Features/Epics and break work into actionable steps
- Facilitate product discovery, design, development, and delivery
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for Human Resources technology products in compensation and payroll
- Engage Centers of Excellence (COEs) to shape and drive strategy
- Translate business, customer, and market opportunities into a prioritized product development roadmap
- Follow agile methodology while prioritizing employee and manager experience
- Collaborate with configuration, analytics, risk, and other teams to deliver business and customer outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Five years' Workday Human Capital Management Compensation and Payroll experience
- Experience managing Workday Compensation and Payroll products, including integration and support of related vendor platforms such as ADP, Fidelity, Neeyamo, and other Total Rewards technologies
- Proven experience leading HR technology products
- Strong understanding of technology, business processes, data, and operating models
- Ability to develop and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmaps
- Experience with product discovery, prioritization, delivery, adoption, performance measurement, and continuous improvement
- Understanding of customer experience principles, user research, journey analysis, change management, and adoption strategies
- Ability to assess evolving business needs, industry trends, and customer feedback
- Experience defining success metrics, analyzing product performance, and using data-driven insights
- Working knowledge of Agile product management practices, including Scrum, Kanban, backlog management, iterative delivery, and cross-functional collaboration
- Understanding of SDLC processes, technology governance, risk management, compliance, and controls within an enterprise environment
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and workplace conduct and safety policies
- Must be able to work from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week
