Supervise and develop multi-platform converged enterprise engineering solutions for business and infrastructure services
Lead, direct, or recommend cross-functional teams for system enhancements
Target system performance, reliability, scalability, and capacity improvements
Evaluate product and service solutions
Design, develop, and support technology infrastructure
Implement and support network access control and zero trust network access solutions
Support identity and access management integrations, directory services, remote access, and secure connectivity
Design and support highly available, geographically distributed environments
Perform platform upgrades, lifecycle management, and capacity planning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
At least 5 years of experience within a total information technology (IT) environment
At least 10 years of experience with the design, development and support of technology infrastructure
Strong expertise in network technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, VPNs, and load balancing
Experience with AAA technologies, including RADIUS, TACACS+, SAML, OAuth, and certificate-based authentication
Experience implementing and supporting Network Access Control (NAC) solutions such as Cisco ISE or equivalent platforms
Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations and directory services such as Active Directory and Entra ID
Experience supporting Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions such as Netskope, Zscaler, or similar platforms
Experience with remote access technologies, VPN solutions, and secure connectivity services
Understanding of modern identity-driven access controls and segmentation strategies
Experience designing and supporting highly available, geographically distributed environments
Understanding of enterprise certificate management, PKI, and encryption technologies
Experience performing platform upgrades, lifecycle management, and capacity planning
Preferred experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), Ivanti Secure Access / Pulse Secure, Netskope Private Access and Secure Service Edge (SSE), Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, PKI / Certificates, Splunk or enterprise SIEM platforms, and Azure Networking and Security Services
