About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze, design, test, develop, and maintain best-in-class software experiences
  • Develop and maintain Generative AI solutions using LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG
  • Build AI-powered workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and Microsoft Foundry Agent Services
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications in an Agile environment
  • Develop and support Python-based APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business partners to deliver AI-enabled solutions
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance in production environments
  • Support deployment and operations across Azure and AWS cloud platforms while adhering to security and compliance standards
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerization, code reviews, and technical documentation
  • Take responsibility for software artifacts and minimize impact to the customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Two to three years of relevant experience
  • 2-3 years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python development
  • Knowledge of Generative AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures
  • Experience or familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks
  • Understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems design
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools for application deployment and automation
  • Exposure to Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms and cloud-native application development
  • Java / Spring Boot
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, or Bicep) and modern DevOps practices
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work effectively in Agile teams
