Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight or more years of related experience
  • Expertise in management consulting, internal consulting, business transformation, operational excellence, strategy, or organizational effectiveness
  • Success leading cross-functional transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Strong analytical thinking, executive communication, and storytelling capabilities
  • Experience influencing stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and driving decisions without direct authority
  • Ability to independently navigate ambiguity, structure complex problems, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Accountability for driving progress and outcomes while influencing without direct authority or long-term ownership of the final product or solution
